This truth hit home a week before escrow was due to close. The house was vacant at this point, and a fire started on the neighbor's fence, which quickly spread to our fence and trees. Luckily the fire was put out before it reached the house, but the damage still presented a huge problem. Amy jumped into action, offered to come to the house immediately and was in contact with all involved parties. I am convinced that with a less experienced, or less caring realtor, that fire could have held up the sale of the home as well as created a huge headache on my part. Instead she took it in stride, as though a fire is always part of the deal :) I cannot say enough how professional, yet personable Amy is.
