Multiple Offers are Happening in San Diego County
San Diego Buyer Demand Remains Strong Across Price Points
Over the past two weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to bring three very different properties to market in three distinct areas of San Diego County — and each one demonstrated the same underlying trend: well-priced homes are attracting motivated buyers.
A luxury home in Lakeside listed at $2,150,000 received three offers at or above asking price within the first ten days. A dated property in Alpine listed at $1,000,000 generated five offers after its first weekend. Meanwhile, a project home in East College (92115) listed at $650,000 drew eighteen offers in its first week on the market.
These homes varied widely in condition, location, and price point, yet buyer engagement remained strong across the board. This reflects continued demand throughout the county, especially when properties are thoughtfully prepared and strategically priced.
For San Diego homeowners considering selling, current market conditions continue to present meaningful opportunities. Buyers are actively searching, and the right positioning can make a measurable difference in outcome.
If you’re curious about your home’s potential value or how to approach listing in today’s environment, I’m always happy to provide insight specific to your neighborhood and goals.
